TOUR EXECUTIVE - INBOUND
- Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in inbound tours
- Location : Mahipalpur, New Delhi
- Detail :
- Must have completed or nearing completion of Graduate degree
- Excellent geographic knowledge of India and up to date with news and events in travel trade
- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
- Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritize workload and be able to perform under pressure to meet specified deadlines

- Responsible and Confident in Operations handling
- Stage 1 - Query Handling Stage : Liaising with agents on email / phone and clearly understanding requirements. Preparing appropriate itineraries and costings to suit clients requirements
- Stage 2 - Reservation Stage: Being able to liaise with suppliers to make required reservations and reconfirmations pre arrival of pax
- Stage 3 - Tour Implementation Stage: Ensuring smooth flow of tour from pax arrival to departure. This will involve liaising with suppliers / agents / direct clients on a regular basis to ensure best service is delivered to clients.
