Located towards the north east of Kathmandu, Nagarkot is famous for its panoramic views of the snowy Himalayan peaks. Situated approx 2200 meters above sea level, Nagarkot offers stunning sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas, including a distant pyramid of Mount Everest on a clear day.
