Upon your arrival at Colombo International Airport (Bandaranaike International Airport), Katunayake, you will be met by our representative and escorted to your hotel.
This afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Colombo. Drive through the commercial and city centre area known as the "Fort", built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. See the busy markets and bazaars of Pettah, visit a Buddhist and a Hindu temple, an Old Dutch church and continue to the Cinnamon Gardens. Drive past the Town Hall, Independence Square and the B.M.I.C.H (International Convention Centre).

Day 02 - Colombo / Yapahuwa / Anuradhapura (210 Km / 5 Hrs)
After breakfast embark on your journey to Yapahuwa, a strategically important site since the Polonnaruwa era. Prince Buwanekabahu, the son of great Parakramabahu who ruled in Dabadeniya, was stationed at Yapahuwa to protect the kingdom against enemy attacks.
After a brief stop at Yapahuwa proceed to Anuradhapura. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and freshen up.
Later in the afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of the ancient city of Anuradhappura.

Temple of Tooth Relic of BuddhaDay 03 - Anuradahapura - Dambulla - Kandy (130 Km / 2 1/2 Hours)
After breakfast proceed towards Aukana to visit the famous Buddha statue. Later, proceed to Dambulla to visit the rock cave temple, dating to the first century BC. The temple consists of a series of 5 caves containing many statues and paintings including a 47 ft. long statue of Buddha.
Continue your drive to Kandy en route visiting the Spice Garden, Matale. Upon arrival in Kandy, check in to your hotel.
Later in the afternoon visit the Temple of Tooth Relic of Buddha. This evening, enjoy a Sri Lankan cultural show and witness a magnificent fire walking display.

Day 04 - Kandy - Adam's Peak
This morning, after breakfast commence a sightseeing tour of Kandy. Drive past the picturesque University Campus premises and visit to the Market Place, an arts & crafts show room. Then drive along the Upper Lake road to get a panoramic view of the Kandy Lake and its environs. Also visit the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, where a rare collection of tropical, exotic and indigenous flora can be viewed along with the famous Orchid House.
Thereafter proceed for Adam's peak. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel for an overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 - Adam's Peak - Nuwara Eliya (100 Km / 2 1/2 Hours)
Early morning leave for Nuwara Eliya, en route visit a Sri Lankan tea plantation and factory. At the tea factory witness the process of manufacture of tea from plucking of the green leaves to packaging of the processed tea for export.
Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya check in at the hotel for overnight stay.
YALA NATIONAL PARKDay 06 - Nuwara Eliya - Yala (200 Km / 4 1/2 Hrs)
After breakfast, embark on a leisurely drive to Yala, one of the famous National Parks situated in southern part of Sri Lanka. On arrival, commence a sightseeing tour in the pilgrimage site of Katharagama. This afternoon enjoy a jeep safari in Yala National Park. Yala has the world's highest concentration of Leopards, although seeing this largely nocturnal carnivore still requires some luck. The wildlife park is home to a good number of Asian Elephants, Crocodile, Wild Boar, Water Buffalo and Grey Langurs, along with a wide variety of birds from the continent.

Day 07 - Yala - Colombo (310 Km / 6 Hrs)
This morning, after breakfast, embark on your return drive to Colombo.
Upon arrival in Colombo, check in at your hotel. Day at leisure and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08 - Departure Colombo
This morning, after breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight to onward destination.
