Day 1

Delhi Tour

Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, which includes a visit Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, is one of the nine historical Gurdwaras in Delhi. It was built in 1783 by Baghel Singh to commemorate the martyrdom site the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur. 

Drive past Red Fort, the place that marked the announcement of India’s freedom from the British Raj. 

Also, visit Gurdwara Majnu-ka-Tilla is situated on the right bank of river Yamuna, opposite Timarpur Colony beyond the Khyber Pass section of Delhi, India. The birthday of the Khalsa  is celebrated here with much festivity on Baisakhi day. 

Afterwards, discover the modern city of New Delhi, which include visit to Gurdwara Nanak Piao Sahib, dedicated to the first Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Nanak Dev. Gurdwara Nanak Piao was built at the site, in the garden where Guru Nanak Dev camped when he visited Delhi in 1505 during the reign of Sultan Sikander Shah Lodhi. 

Later visit, Gurdwara Mata Sundri is considered to be one of the major historical Gurudwara of the Sikh; it is a landmark on the Mata Sundri road in the heart of Delhi. It is situated behind JP Nayak Hospital, the Gurudwara is a tribute to Mata Sundri, the wife of the 10th Guru – Guru Gobind Singh

Photo stop at India Gate, the war memorial arch built in honour of the soldiers who died in the second world war; drive past President's House, Parliament House and other Government Secretariat Buildings, the most imposing features of Lutyen’s Delhi.

Later visit to Humayun's Tomb, the tomb of mughal emperor Humayun, the first garden tomb of Indian subconitnent. 

Visit Damdama Sahib, located near Humayun’s Tomb, The Gurdwara is associated with the Tenth Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh. It commemorates his meeting with Prince Muazzam, later Emperor Bahadur Shah, in 1707. Visit Qutab Minar, a fine example of Indo-Islamic architecture and the worlds tallest minaret.  

Visit Gurdwara Baba Banda Singh Bahadur, also known as Gurdwara Shahidi Asthaan (Baba Banda Singh Bahadur) is situated in the Meharauli, South Delhi near the Qutab Minar. The site marks the place where Baba Banda Singh Bahadur ji, his four year old son Ajai Singh along with forty Sikhs were tortured to death by the Mughals.

This evening visit Gurdwara Bangla Sahib - the largest Sikh temple of Delhi, followed by Langar
