Day to Day Program:

Day 01 – Arrive Chennai
Late evening on arrival at Chennai, the gateway to the south of India, you are met and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 – Chennai / Pondicherry / Mamallapuram
In the morning embark on an excursion to Pondicherry, the erstwhile French Colony. Sight seeing tour including Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Museum, temples and Auroville on the way. Later drive back to Mamallapuram and check into beach resort. Rest of the day is at leisure to relax on the beach. Overnight at resort.

Days 03 – Mamallapuram / Kanchipuram / Chennai
In the morning explore the famous 7^th century rock-cut shore temples of Mamallapuram. Also known as the Seven Pagodas, these temples with intricate carvings have different stories to tell. Thereafter drive back to Chennai en route visiting Kanchipuram, the "Golden City of a Thousand Temples", which is also famous for its Silk Weaving tradition. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 – In Chennai – Tirupati excursion
In the morning embark on an excursion to the very famous temple of Sri Venkateshwara Balaji in Tirupati, located in the neighbouring State of Andhra Pradesh. Return to Chennai in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05 – Chennai City tour / Outbound
In the morning embark on a sightseeing tour of Chennai, the capital of the State of Tamil Nadu. Visit Fort St. George, a reminder of the British Empire, St. Mary’s, the first Anglican Church ever consecrated on Asian soil, the colourful Kapaleeswarar Temple and the National Art Gallery with its fine collection of Chola bronzes. Rest of the day is at leisure. In the evening you are transferred to the airport to board your flight back home.
