Following are
the general terms and conditions for all services provided by us:
HOTEL & AIRLINE
We act only as an agent for the hotels
and airlines recommended to you for your tours. Our rates are based
on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels and
published fares of the airlines. The rates include all presently
applicable taxes. All hotel prices are based on the meal plans as
outlined in the final tour costs. The usual 'Check in' & Check
out' time for the hotels is 12 Noon. All tour prices are based on
the above times unless otherwise indicated. The hotels/airlines
retain the right to modify the rates or the terms and conditions
any time at their discretion. We will make every effort in the case
of such a revision to maintain its quoted tour prices, but cannot
be held liable for changes beyond our control.
MEALS
We will provide the meals as indicated
in each itinerary. We hold the right to alter / change the predetermined
venue without prior notice.
TRANSFERS SIGHTSEEING
TOURS & EXCURSIONS

All airport and train
station transfers include transportation and the assistance
of our representative who will assist you in the check-in/check-out
process. |

| b) |
All sightseeing tours
and excursions include transportation and services of local
English speaking guide. Guides speaking other languages are
available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
Since the services of other language guides may not be available
in some cities, sufficient notice is advisable to allow us to
reserve the services of the desired language guide. |

| c) |
Sightseeing tours
or excursion rates do not include any lunch or soft drinks,
etc. |
| |
|
| d) |
Unless mentioned otherwise
the capacity of an ordinary car is maximum three persons plus
the driver. Buses have maximum capacity of 30 passengers including
the guide and driver. |
TRAVELLERS WHO NEED SPECIAL
ASSISTANCE
Any disability requiring special attention
should be reported to us at the time of reservation. We will make
reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour
participants, but we will not be responsible for any denial of services
by carriers, hotels, restaurants and other independent suppliers.
We regret that it may not be possible to provide individual assistance
to a tour member for walking, dining, and getting on and off motor
coaches and other transportation vehicles or other personal assistance.
The member should be accompanied by a qualified companion.
RATES & PAYMENTS
All rates for our tours are quoted in
US Dollars unless otherwise requested or stated. Full payment should
be remitted in Foreign Exchange towards the cost of tour arrangements
by following methods:

(in cash or Travellers Cheques only) which should be handed
over to Travelite (India) on their arrival. |

LIABILITIES

Travelite (India),
(the company) is working as agents for carriers, keepers of
inns, hotels, boarding or lodging houses, restaurants, transport
operators, railways, cruises and other such set of services. |

The Company arranges
ticket bookings and reservations only as agents for their clients
who accepts the laid out terms and conditions of the carriers,
hotels, accommodation providers or other service providers with
whom the company may have arrangements for their clients. |

| |
The Company is not
liable for cancellations of journeys, deviations, delays or
the failure to provide seats or berths or the facilities to
carry or sort the luggage or failure to provide accommodation. |

| |
The Company is not
liable in the event of any alteration or change of any kind
made by any of the service providers even after accepting the
bookings by them and client will remain responsible for any
such increase in charges or changes that may entail. |

The Company on behalf
of their servants and agents do not accept any responsibility
for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their
servants and agents or of the servants and agents of the sub-agents
or their agents of the service providers for injury, damage
or loss to persons of goods, whatsoever and howsoever the same
may be caused, and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible
for the accuracy of any information given or statements made
by the servant and agents or those given or made by the travel
services and agents. |
COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE
PLAN
It is suggested that a comprehensive
insurance plan should be purchased by the clients' prior to undertake
the tour. We recommend the following category, which should also
be insured:

Trip
Cancellation and Interruption
It should cover the payments made for the non-refundable trips
by air and or the land cost due to cancellation prior to the
departure of the tour or due to interruptions during the trip
after departure form your country, which may include events
like sickness, injury, etc. |

Medical
Expenses Cover
It should cover the cost for physician, hospitable charges including
medicines for treatment, operation, hospitalization, and emergency
evacuation due to sickness or injury which may occur or aggravate
while you are on your trip. |

Baggage
Insurance
It should cover purchase of clothing and other accessories,
which may be required in the event of baggage delayed, stolen
or damaged. |

| d) |
Trip
Delay
It should cover meals and lodging expenses if the trip is delayed
for 12 hours or more. Coverage should also include conditions
that existed prior to the effective date of service, suicide,
normal pregnancy, or any act of war or mental or nervous disorders.
