The Enticing Journey

Day 1 : Sunday, 21 Feb 2010

Arrive Mauritius and transfer to Shanti Ananda. Depending on your arrival time you may be able to enjoy the facilities of the resort during the afternoon.
This evening, participate in a short brief on the tour programme and orientation on tour logistics, led by professional experts accompanying the tour.
After dinner, retire to your rooms for a relaxing deep sleep

Day 2 : Monday, 22 Feb 2010

Start your day with a refreshing Yoga session, followed by breakfast.
After breakfast, spend time contemplating on “WHY WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT”. You will be in the company of professional experts on the subject, ready for an open discussion to share your thoughts and impart learnings from their life.
This afternoon, enjoy lunch followed by relaxing siesta time.
In the evening, do what makes you feel best. The choice ranges from swimming in the open ocean, spa treatments, nature walks, boat rides, discussion and talks with other group members or a silent and reflective stroll along the beach.
In the evening, participate in Yoga Nidra Meditation, followed by dinner.

Day 3 : Tuesday, 23 Feb 2010

Start your day with your morning Yoga ritual, followed by breakfast.
After breakfast, spend time learning from professional experts on todays subject “UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY TYPE”.
This afternoon, enjoy lunch followed by relaxing siesta time.
In the evening, do what makes you feel best. The choice ranges from swimming in the open ocean, spa treatments, nature walks, boat rides, discussion and talks with other group members or a silent and reflective stroll along the beach.
In the evening, participate in Chanting / Meditation, followed by dinner.

Day 4 : Wednesday, 24 Feb 2010

Start your day with your morning Yoga ritual, followed by breakfast.
After breakfast, spend time learning from professional experts on todays subject “THE RIGHT FOOD FOR YOUR BODY TYPE”
This afternoon, enjoy lunch followed by relaxing siesta time.
Later in the afternoon, you may opt for sightseeing trips and excursion tours.
In the evening, participate in Tratak Meditation, followed by dinner.

Day 5 : Thursday, 25 Feb 2010

Start your day with your morning Yoga ritual, followed by breakfast.
After breakfast, spend time learning from professional experts on todays subject “BECOMING YOUR OWN MASTER”
This afternoon, enjoy lunch followed by relaxing siesta time.
In the evening, do what makes you feel best. The choice ranges from swimming in the open ocean, spa treatments, nature walks, boat rides, discussion and talks with other group members or a silent and reflective stroll along the beach.
In the evening, participate in Sacred Meditation, followed by farewell dinner on the beach.

Day 6 : Friday, 26 Feb 2010

Start your day with your morning Yoga ritual, followed by breakfast.
Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, packing up and / or taking sightseeing tours around town and extending your stay to further appreciate the stunning beauty of Mauritius.
