Spice Plantations and Backwaters of Kerala (Ex-Kochi)

Day 1

Kochi to Periyar (155 Kms/5 Hrs)

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Periyar, the spice plantation hub of Kerala.

Upon arrival in Periyar, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 2

Day in Periyar

This morning, we take a guided walk with a naturalist in Periyar National Park. Observe some rare spices of flora and fauna, along with a variety of birds and if you are lucky you may even spot a few elephants and wildlife across the lake.

This afternoon, enjoy a spice plantation tour and learn about the mystery and history of Indian spices.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3

Periyar to Kumarakom (185 Kms/ 4 Hrs)

Today we drive to Kumarakom, the coastal town in the backwaters of Kerala. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 4

Kumarakom to Kochi(60 Kms/2 Hrs)

After breakfast, embark on your return drive to Kochi international airport to board your flight for onward destination.
